To enable a flexible and scalable solution for all our apps, you can manage all service partners centrally in the customer portal My tapio. This way, you keep track, maintain your partnerships in one place, and use them across various applications.
You can add as many partners as you like and flexibly control who receives which inquiries. Automatically transmitted information such as customer numbers or machine data ensures smooth communication.
How does collaboration with a Service Partner work?
The collaboration with your service partners takes place entirely digitally within the tapio ecosystem – saving you valuable time and increasing the efficiency of your processes.
If you want to handle the machine service for your HOMAG machines digitally, simply use our ServiceBoard. This allows you to send service requests quickly and easily. By attaching images and videos, you give your service partner a comprehensive overview of the problem – often complex machine errors can be resolved just as easily. If this is not sufficient, the integrated video diagnosis allows for a more precise description of the error situation to find a targeted solution – all without the need for a technician on site.
Or digitize the maintenance of your tools directly in our tool management twinio with the add-on Digital Sharpening. With this extension, you can conveniently send your sharpening and maintenance orders directly from twinio to service partners like LEUCO or SPREYER. This way, you always have an overview of the current status of your orders as well as the location of your tools. After the sharpening process is completed, the updated measurement data is automatically recorded in twinio. This not only saves time but also allows you to track every sharpening cycle over the long term and continuously improve the performance of your tools.
How to add a Service partner in My tapio

Before you start, please ensure that you have acquired the corresponding app and the appropriate add-on for the desired service partner in the tapio Store, for example, the base app twinio with the add-ons Sharpening Service SPREYER or Sharpening Service LEUCO.
Once you have the required licenses, you can begin the setup:
Log in as an admin to your My tapio business account.
In My tapio, go to the menu at the bottom and select "Business Account" -> "Service Partner Relationships".
Click on the button "Add Service Partner".
Select the desired service partner from the list.
Enter the customer number under which you are registered with the service partner and then click on "Add".
Your service partner will now automatically receive a request to confirm the partnership. The verification of the information may take a little time. After successful approval, the partner will appear in your overview – and will subsequently be available directly in twinio for sharpening and maintenance orders.
