To enable a flexible and scalable solution for all our apps, you can manage all service partners centrally in the customer portal My tapio. This way, you keep an overview, maintain your partnerships in one place, and use them in different applications at the same time.
You can add as many partners as you want and control who receives which requests flexibly. Automatically transmitted information such as customer numbers or machine data ensures smooth communication.
How does collaboration with a Service Partner work?
The collaboration with your service partners takes place completely digitally within the tapio ecosystem – saving you valuable time and increasing the efficiency of your processes.
If, for example, you want to handle machine service for your HOMAG machines digitally, simply use our ServiceBoard. With this, you can send service requests quickly and easily. By attaching pictures and videos, you give your service partner a comprehensive overview of the problem – allowing even complex machine errors to be solved easily in many cases. If this is not enough, the integrated video diagnosis allows you to describe the fault situation even more precisely to find a targeted solution – all without deploying a technician on-site.
Or, digitize the maintenance of your tools directly in our tool management twinio with the add-on Digital Sharpening. With this extension, you can conveniently send your sharpening and maintenance jobs directly from twinio to service partners like LEUCO or SPREYER. This way, you always keep track of the current status of your jobs and the whereabouts of your tools. Once the sharpening process is completed, the updated measurement data is automatically entered into twinio. This not only saves time but also enables you to track every sharpening cycle in the long run and continuously improve the performance of your tools.
How to add service partners in My tapio

Before you start, please ensure that you have purchased the appropriate app and add-on for the desired service partner in the tapio store, such as the basic app twinio with the add-ons Sharpening Service SPREYER or Sharpening Service LEUCO.
Once you have the required licenses, you can begin setup:
Log in as admin to your My tapio company account.
In My tapio, go to the menu at the bottom on “Company Account” -> “Service Partner Relationships”.
Click on the button “Add Service Partner”.
Select the desired service partner from the list
Provide the customer number under which you are listed with the service partner and then click on “Add”.
Your service partner will now automatically receive a request to confirm the partnership. Reviewing the information may take some time. After successful approval, the partner will appear in your overview – and will then be available directly in twinio for sharpening and maintenance jobs.
