How can I add a new service partner?

First, make sure that you have purchased a corresponding license for the service partner in the tapio Store. Then follow these steps:

1. Log in as an admin to your My tapio company account.

2. In My tapio, go to Company account -> Service partner relationships in the menu.

3. Click on the Add service partner button.

4. Select the desired service partner from the list

5. Enter the customer number under which you are registered with the service partner, and then click on Add.

The service partner will receive your request and verify the submitted information. This may take some time. Upon successful confirmation, the service partner will automatically be displayed in your overview.
