How can I add a new service partner?
First, make sure you have purchased the appropriate license for the service partner in the tapio Store. Then follow these steps:
Log into your My tapio company account.
In My tapio, navigate to the menu and select “Company Account” -> “Service partner relationships”.
Click the button “Add service partner”.
Select the desired service partner from the list.
Enter the customer number under which you are registered with the service partner, and then click “Add”.
The service partner will receive your request and review the submitted information. This may take some time. After successful confirmation, the service partner will automatically appear in your overview.
