New location for support access in My tapio
With the redesign of My tapio, the support access has received a new, central place. From now on, you can find the function to activate support access in the “Help & Support” area at the top right of the interface.
There, you can create support accesses as usual and remove them again if needed. The functionality remains intact and has been rearranged to improve user guidance.
New: An integrated counter shows at any time how many support accesses are currently active. This way, you always have an overview.
