Subscriptions, invoices & payment methods in My tapio

My tapio company account payment method and subscriptions

The management of subscriptions, invoices, and payment methods is now directly integrated into My tapio. This allows users to centrally manage all commercial functions via the menu item Company account ⚙️.

Divided into Subscriptions and payment methods as well as Invoice overview, the following functions are available:

  • Payment methods: Adding credit cards, selecting a default payment method, and editing or removing saved credit cards.

  • Subscriptions: Adding add-ons or licenses, changing the billing period, as well as canceling or reactivating existing subscriptions.

  • Invoices: Changing the billing contact, retrieving stored invoices, and downloading or paying invoices.
