In the coming days, we’ll be rolling out a major update to our customer portal My tapio. With a new design, improved navigation, and enhanced features, we aim to make your work easier.
What's new?
Easier navigation: The new structure makes key areas faster to access.
Clear overview: Revised design ensures better readability and orientation.
More performance: Faster load times, more stable application.
New possibilities: Home area, optimized management of production, apps, and users.
Store directly integrated: Select, purchase, and set up apps directly in the portal now.
Data remains intact
All existing data, settings, and central functions will remain unchanged through the update. The transition will occur automatically with the rollout.

The redesign is part of a larger development of My tapio. In the coming months, additional features will follow, e.g., for managing subscriptions and invoices.
