What is the support access?
You can grant a tapio partner limited access to your My tapio company account or specific apps via the support access.
When is this helpful?
If you need assistance with the setup of tapio or an app
For technical issues that need to be reviewed by the partner
Important:
Inform the partner actively (e.g. via email, phone, or through the ServiceBoard) as soon as you enable the support access.
The access can be disabled by you at any time.
