What is the support access?

You can grant a tapio partner limited access to your My tapio company account or specific apps via the support access.

When is this helpful?

  • If you need assistance with the setup of tapio or an app

  • For technical issues that need to be reviewed by the partner

Important:

  • Inform the partner actively (e.g. via email, phone, or through the ServiceBoard) as soon as you enable the support access.

  • The access can be disabled by you at any time.
