How do I add an add-on to an existing subscription?

How to extend your subscriptions with add-ons:

1. Log in as an admin to your My tapio company account.

2. In the menu, navigate to Company account ⚙️ -> Subscriptions & Payment methods and scroll to Subscriptions.

3. Select the subscription you want to extend with add-ons, and click on Change subscription within the subscription.

4. In the dialog, add the desired add-ons under “Additional units” via the respective +.

5. Agree to the terms of use and complete the purchase via Purchase now.

6. Check: Some add-ons need to be set up. Check in My tapio under the menu item Apps if your add-on is ready for setup.
