How to remove a credit card:

1. Log in as an admin to your My tapio business account.

2. Under Business Account, open your subscriptions & payment methods.

3. Click on Manage subscriptions.

4. In the tapio Store, open the Account section for Payment methods.

5. Click on Action next to the credit card you want to remove.

   

6. Select the option Delete payment method from the dropdown menu.

After deletion, your credit card should no longer appear in the Payment methods section.
