How do I record process data for my tools in twinio Office?

In twinio, process data such as feed length or cutting volume can be recorded to monitor the condition of the tools and determine the sharpening time.

Manual Entry:

1. Select the tool in the table.

2. In the tool overview, choose the option “Add process data”.

3. (Optional) Edit and save limit values for process values via "Edit limits" .

4. Enter the desired process values and save.

   

   
   

Automatic Entry:
Process data can be transferred directly from the machine to twinio. For this, the "twinio machine connectivity" add-on is required. For more information, please contact our support.
