How do I purchase licenses for apps?

For some apps from tapio and tapio partners, machine-related licenses are required. You can adjust the number of licenses either at the initial purchase in the tapio Store configurator or later in your existing subscription.

Here's how to purchase licenses at initial purchase:

1. Select the desired plan in the tapio Store and click on Buy.

2. In the configurator, you can increase the number of machine licenses and select add-ons as needed.

3. Go to Checkout, follow the instructions, and complete the purchase.

Here's how to increase licenses in existing subscriptions:

1. Log in as an admin to your My tapio company account.

2. Navigate in the menu to Company Account ⚙️ -> Subscriptions & Payment Methods and scroll to Subscriptions.

3. Select the subscription you want to expand with add-ons, and click on Change Subscription within the subscription.

4. In the dialog under Additional Units, add the desired number of machines by clicking the + next to the unit that bears the same name as the base license

5. Agree to the terms and conditions and complete the purchase by clicking Paid Change.
