How do I add a service partner?

How to add a service partner:

1. Log into your My tapio company account.

2. In My tapio, go to the menu and select “Company Account” -> “Service Partner Relationships”.

3. Click on the button “Add Service Partner”.

4. Select the desired service partner from the list

5. Provide the customer number under which you are registered with the service partner, and then click “Add”.

The service partner will receive your request and verify the information provided. This may take some time. After successful confirmation, the service partner will automatically appear in your overview.
