How do I redeem a voucher / promotional code?

Here’s how to redeem a voucher code:

1. Select the plan in the tapio Store for which you have a voucher code, and click on Buy.

2. Configure your plan according to your needs and proceed to Checkout.

3. Follow the instructions up to the payment step. There, enter your code in the text field Voucher code on the left side and confirm with Apply.

4. If the code is valid, the total amount will change immediately.

5. The redeemed code will also be displayed below the subtotal.

6. Complete the purchase.

Note: Voucher codes cannot be combined.
