How do I cancel my subscription?

How to cancel an existing subscription:

1. Log in as an administrator to your My tapio company account.

2. Navigate in the menu to Company Account ⚙️ -> Subscriptions & Payment Methods and scroll to subscriptions.

3. Select the subscription you want to cancel and click on Cancel subscription within the subscription.

4. Follow the instructions in the dialog to confirm your cancellation.

Your subscription will be automatically terminated on the next renewal date. You will receive the cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling.
