This is how to cancel an existing subscription:

1. Log in as an admin to your My tapio company account.

2. Under Company Account, open your subscriptions & payment methods.

3. Click on Manage subscriptions.

4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

5. Click on the three dots in the top right corner.

6. Select the Cancel subscription option from the dropdown menu.

   

7. Confirm your cancellation in the next dialog. You are also welcome to share your reasons for not wanting to continue using our service.

Important Note:
Please note that your cancellation will end the subscription immediately. If you would like to end your subscription only after the paid duration has expired, you may use the Disable automatic renewal option.
