How can I change the period of existing subscriptions?

How to extend your subscriptions with add-ons:

1. Log in as an admin to your My tapio company account.

2. Navigate in the menu to Company account ⚙️ -> Subscriptions & payment methods and scroll to subscriptions.

3. Select the subscription whose term you want to change, and click on Change subscription within the subscription.

4. Select the desired term.

5. Agree to the terms of use and complete the purchase via Change with costs.

The change takes effect immediately, and the billing adjusts accordingly.
