How can I change the period of existing subscriptions?

Here’s how to change the duration of your subscription:

  1. Log in as an admin to your My tapio company account.

  2. Open your subscriptions & payment methods under "Company account".

  3. Click on "Manage subscriptions".

  4. Select the subscription for which you want to change the duration.

  5. Click on "Change" at the top right

  6. Select the desired new duration from the dropdown menu.

  7. Click on "Next" and complete your order.

The change will take effect immediately, and the billing will adjust accordingly. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a notification through the bell in the shop.
