How do I switch to a different version of a plan?
For some apps, there is the option to switch to a different plan. We will explain step by step how to change the plan using the example of the HOMAG productionManager.
Log in to your company account at my.tapio.one/login.
In My tapio, go to the menu and select “My Account / Shop”.
In the Shop account, click on the menu item “Account” and then on “Subscriptions”.
Select your productionManager subscription from the list.
Click on “Change” in the top right corner.
Select between the new productionManager Advanced and Classic.
Please ensure that you choose the same duration as in the current subscription. In particular, if you currently have an annual duration, you must actively switch from month to year here.
Please make sure to select the required add-ons in the same quantity again. By default, no optional add-ons are activated.
Example: If you previously used multiple workplaces in the productionManager or added interfaces such as SmartWopConnect, you need to select these again below in the desired quantity.
The system automatically considers already paid amounts and settles them proportionally – this is displayed in the overview as “Credit”. Important: After the switch, the chosen duration starts to count anew.
