How do I switch to a different version of a plan?
For some apps, there is the option to switch to a different plan. We will explain this to you step by step using the example of the HOMAG productionManager.
Log in as an admin to your My tapio company account.
In My tapio, go to the menu and click on "Company Account" and then on "Subscriptions & Payment Methods".
Click on "Manage Subscriptions"
Select your productionManager subscription from the list.
Click on "Change" in the top right corner.
Choose between the new productionManager Advanced and Classic.
Please ensure that you select the same duration as in the current subscription. Particularly, if you currently have an annual duration, you need to actively switch from month to year here.
Please ensure that you re-select the required add-ons in the same quantity. By default, no optional add-ons are activated.
Example: If you had previously used multiple workstations in the productionManager or added interfaces such as SmartWopConnect, you will need to select these again below in the desired quantity.
The system automatically accounts for already paid amounts and apportions them – this will be displayed in the overview as "Credit". Important: After the switch, the selected duration starts counting anew.
Accept the new terms of use and complete your order.
