How do I manually sharpen tools in twinio Office?

In twinio, you have the opportunity to record and document maintenance and sharpening work on your tools. For blunt tools, you can manually activate the sharpening status.

Instructions for manual sharpening:

1. Select the tool in the table

2. In the “Actions” tab, select and confirm the option “Sharpen internally”

3. Status changes to “Unavailable”, storage location to “Sharpen internally”

4. After sharpening, select “End sharpening” in the “Actions” tab

5. Enter and save current measurement values

6. A new work cycle starts; previous sharpening cycles are visible in the “Analysis” tab

Note:
If sharpening was started accidentally, you can cancel the operation in the “Actions” tab. No new cycles will be started, and the existing process data will be retained.

With the add-on “Digital Sharpening”, you can integrate sharpening services and track sharpening orders directly in twinio.
