How do I deactivate or reactivate the subscription renewal?

Here's how to disable the automatic renewal of your subscription:

1. Log in as an admin to your My tapio company account.

2. In the Company Account, open your subscriptions & payment methods.

3. Click on Manage Subscriptions.

4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.

5. Click on the three dots ⋮ in the upper right corner (see picture).

6. Select the option Disable Automatic Renewal from the dropdown menu.

If you see an end date in the details along with the option Activate Automatic Renewal, your subscription will automatically end at the end of the current term.

Note:
By clicking on the option Activate Automatic Renewal in the details, you can reactivate your automatic renewal at any time.
