How do I add users to my My tapio company account?

Here's how to add a new user to your My tapio company account:

  1. Log in as an admin to your My tapio company account.

  2. Go to “Users” in the menu.

  3. Click on “Add User” in the top right corner.

  4. Enter the company email address of the colleague you want to invite, and select the desired user group.

  5. Confirm with “Send Invitation” to grant the new user access.

The invited colleague will receive an email with a registration link and can access the apps and features you have shared after completing the registration.
