If you no longer want to use a product, there are two ways to end it.
You can select both options in "My tapio" under "My account". To do this, go to the "My account" tab.

Then click on "Subscription" in the side column:
A list of all active and terminated subscriptions will then appear here.
Select the subscription you want to terminate and click on it.
If you click on the subscription, you can deactivate the automatic renewal either by clicking on the middle button in the top bar for the subscription, that means the product expires at the next possible time.
Or you can say "cancel subscription" and the product will be terminated immediately and you will no longer be able to use the service. Important in this case there is no refund.
We therefore recommend always to let a subscription expire. So you can still use the service until the end of the already paid period, but there are no further follow-up costs.
