+ Machines All machines and servicable items of integrated tapio partners.
Machine connectivity or tapio-readiness is not required for using ServiceBoard for service inquiries and video diagnosis.
+ Service Partners You might need you (existing) service contract with your individual service partner, e.g., the machine manufacturer, to be served by the corresponding service partner.

How to activate your ServiceBoard license

Register your company at my.tapio.one and invite your colleagues as users.

Register your machines and serviceable items of integrated tapio partners. Add the service partner relations within your company account in my.tapio.one.

Go to the tapio shop, select a package and buy your ServiceBoard license.

Assign the purchased ServiceBoard licenses to your machines and add additional packages if necessary.

Open ServiceBoard at serviceboard.tapio.one and log in with your user account.

You will get to know how you, as a machine manufacturer, can install the ServiceBoard for your customers.
