How to install the service app for your customers

1. Register company at tapio

My tapio is the enviroment to manage the complete digital workshop. Your customer can register his company at tapio simply by using his e-mail address and then invite his colleagues.




2. Add machines to My tapio

To use the ServiceBoard app and possibly other apps from the tapio ecosystem, the customer's machines must be added. There are two Options:
with QuickConnect via Code transmission or with EasyAdd to add manually.

My tapio > Machines > Add

3. Invite users (optional)

If several customer employees want to use the ServiceBoard (or other apps), they can be added and managed centrally in My tapio via e-mail.

My tapio > User > Add



4. Assign ServiceBoard license

To use the ServiceBoard app, a valid license must be available for each machine. The ServiceBoard license can be purchased in the tapio shop either by voucher (if existing) or for payment.
Please note: One license per machine is required. The ServiceBoard-App can be used on multiple machines by multiple users. Afterward, the ServiceBoard license(s) can be assigned to the respective machines.

5. Add service partner

For service tickets to be sent in the ServiceBoard, the relevant service partners, i.e., the service ticket recipients, for example, the machine manufacturers, must be added to My tapio.

6. Download ServiceBoard App

Now your customer can download the ServiceBoard on various Android and iOS devices, such as tablets or smartphones, and log in with their customer login data. Machines connected to tapio are immediately displayed, and the ServiceBoard service app is available for machine maintenance and remote service with video diagnosis in case of machine problems.
