Already installed apps: If you have already installed the ServiceBoard app on your devices, the application will remain available on these devices.
Restricted functions: From 29.02.2024, it will no longer be possible to create and view service cases in the ServiceBoard app.
1. Delete the old ServiceBoard app from your mobile device.
2. Open your browser on your PC, smartphone or tablet.
3. Enter https://serviceboard.tapio.one in the address bar or click on the link.
4. Click on "Login" and log in with your tapio login data.
You can easily reset your password by e-mail via the link "Forgot your password?
Will my old service cases be retained?
Of course, you can also view all of your company's previously created service cases in the new ServiceBoard web app.
Will the costs for ServiceBoard change?
Switching to the web app will not change the current costs for you.
Can I then only use the web app on the PC?
You can open the web app in the browser on your smartphone or tablet in the same way as on your PC.
Do I always have to enter the URL again?
You can also simply place the web app on the home screen of your mobile device so that you always have it to hand.
On how many devices can I use the new ServiceBoard web app?
You can use ServiceBoard on any number of devices at the same time. If you need additional access for your colleagues, you can simply add them on my.tapio.one in the "Users" tab. This also does not incur any additional costs.
